01
Operator and scope
DeepRound is operated by Kirill Osadchii, an individual based in Cyprus ("DeepRound", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms govern your access to the DeepRound website, account, interview practice service, transcripts, feedback, reports, and related features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions, export restrictions, or the rules of a service provider we rely on.
The Service is offered internationally where permitted by law and supported by our providers. Availability, features, payment methods, and interview content may differ by location.
03
The Service
DeepRound provides structured interview-practice experiences, including prepared questions, permitted follow-up paths, transcription, AI-assisted evaluation, and a feedback report. The Service is intended for learning and preparation.
DeepRound is not a recruitment agency, employer, educational institution, or professional certification body. Scores and reports are informational, may contain errors, and do not guarantee employment, interview performance, qualification, or any particular outcome.
04
Accounts and sign-in
You sign in using a supported third-party identity provider, currently Google. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google account secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your DeepRound account has been used without authorization.
Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share, or make it available to another person. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
05
Purchases and interview attempts
Paid interview-attempt packages are sold through Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. You purchase the package from Paddle, while DeepRound provides access to the Service under these Terms. Paddle processes all orders and handles payment-related customer service and returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms, Privacy Notice, and Refund Policy apply to the transaction.
- The checkout will show the product, number of interview attempts, total price, and applicable purchase terms before payment.
- Purchased interview attempts do not expire.
- One interview attempt is used when you confirm Start interview and a new attempt is created. Viewing the interview setup or "New interview" step does not use an attempt.
- A started interview can be resumed without using another purchased attempt. Starting a separate new attempt uses another available attempt.
- If a material technical failure attributable to DeepRound or its providers prevents reasonable completion, we may restore the attempt, provide a replacement, or arrange another remedy required by applicable law.
We may offer a free demo or promotional access. Its scope, availability, and limits may change or end at any time unless applicable law requires otherwise.
06
Refunds and withdrawal rights
Submit payment and refund requests through Paddle Buyer Support. Refund eligibility is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country. Our Refund Policy explains the process for DeepRound purchases.
Where applicable, if you ask for immediate access to a paid digital service during a statutory withdrawal period and begin using it, you expressly request immediate performance. Your withdrawal rights may be affected after performance begins, as explained and acknowledged during checkout. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07
Voice input and AI-assisted features
Voice input is optional. If you enable it, your browser captures audio and transmits it to OpenAI through a real-time connection for transcription. DeepRound does not store a copy of the raw audio in its own systems. The resulting transcript may be displayed to you and, when submitted, stored as your answer.
Typed answers or transcripts, relevant interview questions, and evaluation instructions are processed using OpenAI services to produce feedback. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate. You should review it critically and should not rely on it as professional, legal, employment, or educational advice.
Do not include special-category personal data, confidential employer information, trade secrets, credentials, or personal information about another person unless you have a lawful and necessary reason to do so.
08
Your content
As between you and DeepRound, you retain any rights you have in answers and other content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and comply with law.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that our processing of it as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy will not violate another person's rights.
09
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm another person;
- circumvent payment, usage, rate, access, or security limits;
- automate access, scrape content, or overload the Service without written permission;
- probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service;
- share, resell, or commercially redistribute interview content or reports;
- upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- misrepresent AI-generated feedback as an official certification or hiring decision.
We may investigate suspected abuse, apply reasonable limits, suspend access, or preserve relevant records where necessary to protect users, DeepRound, providers, or the public.
10
DeepRound materials
The Service, interview scenarios, questions, permitted follow-up structures, software, design, branding, and other materials provided by DeepRound are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your personal use of the Service. No other rights are granted.
11
Changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and interview scenarios. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will use reasonable care to avoid materially reducing access to interview attempts you have already purchased and will provide an appropriate remedy if we permanently discontinue the paid Service before they can reasonably be used.
12
Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion using the contact method in the Privacy Policy; a self-service deletion feature may be added later. Account deletion is subject to limited retention required for transactions, disputes, security, fraud prevention, backups, or legal compliance.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach, security risk, fraud, non-payment, provider requirement, or legal obligation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
13
Disclaimers and responsibility
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory data-protection obligations, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
14
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, providers, law, or risk. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email where required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued.
15
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the country where they habitually reside.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. The courts of Cyprus will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right a consumer has to bring a claim in another court.
